weight loss diet and exercise plan?
So tomorrow, I plan on starting my diet and exercise plan. Since I haven’t exercised in quite a while, I’m thinking about starting off with a walk, then run on the treadmill. When I start to see some weight loss, then I’ll move on to other exercises to tone up. I’ve also heard that drinking green tea before a workout is helpful at burning fat. Is this a good plan? Any tips?
