Will be one hour of exercise helps weight loss?

I am 14 years old, 5 '2 "and 145 pounds. I want to be at least 115 pounds so many weight loss! I think to do various exercises, including crunches, squats, pumps, and running. I go biking too. I think I'll do an hour of exercise a day, but this helps at all? Should I stop eating school meals, and pack my account? What foods should I stay away from, and should look into? Remember, it takes 21 days to form or break a habit, to save more of what you eat, you lose weight, you need to make £ 3,500 calories 1.
