Good way to keep exercising/stick to a routine?

I’m currently 17, 5’5″, 140lbs.

I don’t exercise at all, partly because my health isn’t the greatest, so I want to exercise to improve my overall health and fitness.

My outdoor options are:
rowing a boat
jumping rope
walking up and down hills

I can’t run for very much because I have broncital problems.

Help me out?

You can get great workouts with a big exercise ball and a mat on the floor to do yoga. Stretching burns 1000 calories during a session.
