Why did they call the Disney princess SNOW WHITE?
Just curious?
Because it was based on the German fairy tale of Snow White, who had skin as pale as snow, lips red as blood, and hair dark as ebony.

If you truly don’t know where Disney got most of it’s princesses and fairy tale stories from, try reading the fairy tale collection by the Brothers Grimm, Andrew Lang, or Charles Perrault.
