Second marriage without the divorce from the first marriage ?
me and my boyfriend are deeply in love , we both belong to different community and he is younger to me by 4 yrs , the problem is that he is getting married to the girl of his parents choice , as we are in love we have decided to get married , the only problem is that he cant divorce his first wife , he plans to have kids form his first wife and would also get married to me .. Need to know .
will it be possible to get married to me when he is already married?
will i get legal rights of being his wife?
if i have kids from him will tehy have teh rights ?
any other solution which is less complicated?
