Will a judge suggest marriage counseling?
My wife is 19 I am 22 and we have a 9 week old and we want to split 50 50 custody no child support owed to the other. We havent filed for divorce yet my wife wont give me a chance to do counseling, when we file for divorce given the circumstances may he make us try to work it? In massachusetts.
Judges don’t want to hear the he said/she said. They are there to do a job. Decide what is best for the child and divide assets. Prime example of having kids too young. I wish other posters on here would read your question and take notice!
