Life After Death Poems
Can someone please tell me a really good poem on the christian beliefs of the afterlife?
This is for my RE project on life after death so please make it a good one that i can analyse for the beliefs of Christians. Preferably not too long and not too short. Thanks.
Heaven by C. Smith
One door closes, while another opens wide.
Into a world of eternal joy, and splendor inside.
A sweet voice calls as gentle, as ever voice could
“Welcome home thou servant, faithful and good”.
The crowns are bestowed, to merciful and sweet,
but are all then laid, at the King of Heaven’s feet.
