Me and my wife decided that we are not a happy couple and we should both head our own ways, we’ve been married for less than a year no kids no shared properties. Basically we just need a simple divorce no court no attorney. how much will it cost to file it ourselves?
The cost is whatever your state has as a filing charge.
You and she can get divorce papers at the county court house or off of the internet, or in an office supply place, fill in all the blanks with the null set sign (a zero with a slash) sign, and it will be submitted to the judge. You both need to sign.
A set will be sent to both of you with a date declaring on what date you will each be regarded as single.
You don’t even need an attorney.
