What are the basis of Mutual divorce in India according to Hindu marriage act ?
this is a marriage in gurudwara, and now we both wanna divorce, so what kind of process, ? need any grounds for this mutual divorce?

The process is simple. One year separation, followed by first petition for mutual consent divorce by both of you together, followed by 6 months waiting period, followed by second petition to get the decree. One lawyer can represent you both.
