What is a good way to lose weight for health reasons, it does not cost anything?
I have to lose at least 25 to 30 pounds that I will have multiple medical problems, so the new hip leg pain that causes me to be unable to walk, even for the year. I went to the chiropractor yesterday and my hip was "out" in order to recover and is now back "Out". I can not afford multiple visits to a doctor, and I know if I could lose this weight, I would greatly relieve the pressure on the joints themselves, which I more mobile. Any ideas?
Fill your plate with vegetables! Eat whole wheat instead of white if possible (bread, rice, cereals, etc.) Buy sweet / or fat free when possible. This is a PBS program called Sit to be fit. Try it! Good luck!
