I have someone’s name, DOB and a state is there a site that will give me their marriage or divorce records for

I have been looking trying to find a free site that will give me this information but other than the state of residence I get no info , not even a list of complete relatives in which a spouse should be mentioned. Any good working sites for free you could recommend?
okay, all the sites mentioned to Answer number 5 don’t work. Any other ideas? Or sites or even addresses for records in Montogomery county PA????
