My husband is an american citizen and married a Filipina in 2001 but got divorced in the states. Their marriage has record in NSO Philippines still. We are living in the states. Is it going to be conflict in our marriage now? Or in case the previous girl will complain?
As long as he has a copy of his legal divorce, he should be fine, with no problems!
