Where I can I retrieve forms for a noncontested divorce?
Do not need a lawyer, as it is noncontested. Just the forms and then I would pay the filing fees at the court etc. See that you can pay online for divorce services, where you would get the forms, etc… but all I need are the forms.
Your local state court will have all the forms you need online for free in a PDF format.
For example – I am in California and I googled California Superior Court Forms.
