If I divorce on grounds of adultery, but I am the adulterer, do I give up my rights?
He is abusive. I had an affair and have just found out that we can expedite the divorce if there has been adultery. Will I be giving up any rights to the matrimonial home, etc. if I file for divorce on grounds of adultery?
