How do I file a joint petition for divorce in Nevada?
My ex and I are currently trying to file the proper paperwork to finalize our divorce, the problem I am currently encountering is that in order to sign the divorce papers it needs to be notarized by someone in Nevada, as I do not live there this is very difficult without making a trip there myself. Is there a way I can sign the papers where I am and have him sign and file the papers in Nevada?
