Divorce Marriage Certificate
The date of birth on my marriage certificate is incorrect. Do I still have to apply for divorce?
I have been seperated for 7 years and would like to be divorced now. Having discovered my date of birth is incorrect I was wondering if I am actually legally married. I was married in Scotland.
