Married in the philippines..should i get a divorce in US?
I am married to an ex military 5 years ago..marriage didn’t worked out so we decided to separate…now I want everything to end..but I don’t know where to start..the marriage occured in the philippines but ever since we were living in the US..now which one should I get? An annullment or a divorce? Please help..
A divorce, you dont qualify for an annulment after 5 years, hard to get one of those anyway. Annullment means, ” I was never married”, and only can occur in rare circumstances. Contact a legal attorney and see what your options are.
