What is the minimum separation period required to file for a Divorce by husband under Hindu Marriage Act.?
Ours is a registered marriage under Hindu Marriage Act. And due to frequent fights between us, I’m living with my parents for past 2 months. So can my husband file for a Divorce on this ground? If yes, what would be the minimum period he require to prove our separation?
