Divorce fees?
I was thinking if it would be possible for me to get a divorce while im in New Zealand & the marriage took place in New York? We only have been married for 3 months so I reckon it shouldn’t be a problem.
What if we both agreed that we should separate because of a number of violent incidents & I go back to NZ and she stays here and we both left it for a good 3 years… what will happen then?
dont know the law out there but in uk you cant get one untill youve been married for a year A nd then you have to be in the same country
