What to ask my divorce attorney about custody?
I’m meeting my attorney in the morning for our consultation. I don’t know what to ask him about my custody and how to go about it. does anyone have any advice on what to ask him?
Well I live in Idaho and he lives in Indiana. Our daughter is two. I want him to have visitation and I have custody. Her and I have lived here for almost 2 years now and he’s seen her 3-4 times since. I just really don’t know what to do. i feel she’s too young to travel that far for visitation.
Tell your lawyer what you want, and ask for his recommendation. That’s what you pay him for, his advice, and acting in you and your child’s best interests!
