Divorce Child Custody
Does anyone know the Law of NY state when it comes to child custody during a divorce?
My soon to be ex husband, is agreeing that we have shared custody, but he is fighting for Primary? Is there such a thing as primary custody when we would have shared??? Like he will have more say/ power over me and the decisions to be made for our child?
