How do i know the status of divorce application – Plz help?
hi…. my frnd has applied for a mutual divorce in Mumbai… how can i find out the status of the application.. when will be the first date..how long will it take for outer court settlement
the first date will depend upon the court and if you want to do a outer court settlement then you can also move to lok adalat if litigation is filed. your matter will be settled in just one sit of lok adalat if both party is agreeing for mutual divorce. dont go for regular courts it will be my suggesstion if u really want mutual divorce than go for lok adalat.
