Divorce Alimony
How long after the Divorce Decree is final can I file for Alimony and Property Division?
Facts about my situation…
- Divorce Decree is only 14 Months old.
- Decree does not include:
* Alimony / Spousal Support, Etc.
* Property Division
* State that he abandoned our daughter and myself.
* Etc…
