Prenuptial Agreement: is legal agreement between the partners to guarantee each partner rights in case they divorce ?
Would you do it ? or think it is invitation to divorce.
I’m not sure about them. I understand how valuable they are to people with money, but since neither my husband or I have anything, we had no need to create a prenup. He did say if he had money he would have requested one, and at that point I’m not sure I would’ve married him. If we were to divorce, I wouldn’t want his money – I’d just want to get away as fast as I could.
