Civil Marriage Divorce
MARRIED IN CIVIL MARRIAGE , THEN IN COVENANT MARRIAGE- NEED DIVORCE?
I was 19, got married by justice of peace, then by covenant 3 weeks later- which is legal?
was legally married by jp- 3 weeks later redid it as covenant marriage- in Arkansas covenant marriage is hard to dissolve- we had to turn a paper in to county clerk signed by minister- so will I have to go thru covenant divorce(which is almost impossible) or will the first marriage liscence suffice?

You said you need a divorce and it does not matter which was first or last.
You are legally married (the Justice of the Peace was legal if all paperwork was filed properly).
