Civil Divorce
If I had a religious marriage in NY but not civily, and then get religious divorce, do i need to file civil?
If one is married in a religious ceremony in NY state and has not gotten a civil marriage license and then get divorced (based on religious ways), does she need to still file for a civil divorce? If she remarries without the civil divorce will the second marriage be voided?
