My wife and I are divorcing in California?
I'll be a divorce in the coming year, until then my wife and I decided that we must have rules, like being with others, the allocation of funds, tours, etc. We are both totally agree on everything, but wants to ensure legally. If we find written agreements are still together mean anything in court? Or would waste time writing arrangements?
The judge likes both of you if you continue to stay in the agreement. Yes, it is certainly worth writing down. If one decides to discuss the time of divorce, probably only a matter of complete and submit the documents with the court. The judge who look more and make recommendations he / she deems necessary. Unless something was done wrong, then chances are that six months after filing for divorce, you are alone.
