Belle and the Prince have children? What video is this scene from? (I assume it’s one of the direct-to-DVD “sequels”?).

As far as I know the only Prince and Princess couple to have a kid was Eric and Ariel. Belle and the Beast haven’t. I seen fan art of it before but Disney has never done it.
