Beauty Beast Dvd
Can you get The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, and The Little Mermaid on Broadway on DVD’s?

They don’t release the broadway show on DVD or available to own until the show has closed. They do, however, keep records of every show on film at the New York Library special archive. They can only be viewed for a “very very very good reason” and I think there has to be a signed permit. Since The Little Mermaid is a new show, that one will take even longer.
I wish they were available. I heard Rent was closing in June. Maybe the stage version will be available by next fall. (?)
