Amicable Divorce
What is an amicable divorce?
I just heard this term on the internet and have been wondering what is means. I tried Wikipedia but nothing came up. What is the difference between amicable and the regular divorce, anything special about the filing or separation period? or anything that is different between the two.
It means that each recognizes that the other is not be blame, but that the marriage should end for the mutual benefit of both.
