About Divorce
How can I divorce my husband, who lives in Ghana? We got married in Ghana?
We tried several times to find here in the U.S. but the U.S. Embassy in Ghana is not allowing him to obtain his visa. I refuse to go to Ghana and a marriage can not work or be good when a couple lives in two different countries. It seems that divorce is our only answer. This allows us to move forward with our lives. So if someone can tell me how to do a divorce with a foreigner whom he married in his country would appreciate it.
